Hey Everyone,

I'm pretty excited about this Planetarium thing, I've never been ta one before.

Hannah

PS: Of course that means Pa will have ta get me back ta school in time. This trip to Los Angeles to see Wie and Bert was pretty unexpected.

Don't know how you do it Caliburn, but my hat's off to ya. I gave up any chance of a "normall" life when I signed with the P.A.B. division of the agency. Glad to see that some hunters can actually balance other important matters without letting their work take over.

I don't make any attempt nor claim at a normal life for me.

I do my best to make it a normal life for my daughter.

My weekend was . . . tough.

Hi Everyone,

I wish I could have stayed in LA a few more days, but I had to get back for school. It was a really interesting place.

We did a quick little detour to the Grand Canyon on our way back - I never realized how big it was. I'd like to come back and spend a week, maybe a month wandering around it. As it was, we had to get back in DC and Wie was still pretty sore so we just walked out on that transparent arch thing and looked way down.

Hannah

PS: Pa kept a tight grip on me, I think he was worried I was gonna try ta jump off.

Hi Everyone,

I am so bored.

I don't know why, but I am just really bored today. Wie's still too sore to do anythign fun with, Pa's still asleep 'cause he spent last night chasing a werewolf (got him by the way), Mr. Fluffers is out ruining Mrs Eckleworth's prize winning purebred Persian again, I can't find anything good on TV, nobody is posting here and I already read through all those books Bert gave me for Christmas (even the encyclopedia set).

So now I'm bored.

About the only thing that's entertaining me is thinking about how fun it will be to watch the Equinox at the planetarium. MJ sent me an IM that she and Peter are going to be there. So will my friend Michelle - thoguh they might not want her there, since her jaw wires came off she won't stop talking. But she's really smart and always has interesting things to say so I don't mind.

Anyway, y'all have a good St. Patrick's Day . . . don't eat too much green stuff and turn yourselves green too . . . otherwise Pa might mistake you fer a giant Leperahaun and shoot ya.

Hannah

PS: I wonder if Christine's new school will send her class? I'm kinda looking forward to that. I'd like her ta try somehting with me not on school grounds so I can void that warrenty on her latest nose job.

Didn't your father ever teach you to use the "b" word around here?
It always heralds disaster.
Celeste died after saying it repeatedly.

Hi Bert,

I'm not worried about using the word bored.

I'm bored, bored, bored. I am so very bored. I am sooooooooooooo bored.

B
O
R
E
D

'sides, Celesete wanted Pa ta kill her so she could get forgiveness fer what she'd done. So it weren't a bad thing. Just ask Wie.

Hanah

PS: I'm glad you're feeling well enough ta post again. Did you get the floowers and the plush turtle I sent ya?

Hannah, what have I told you about tempting fate?

I'm only awake in between painkillers.

Yes I did, I'm cuddling the turtle now. ^^

Listen to your father, don't tempt fate. 4 more b-words and we get the Apocalypse.

*edited to add*

I have a movie for your dad to watch.

Hi Bert,

I showed him and he's still yelling . . . so I won't be bored for a little while now.

Hannah

PS: That guy in the middle dances really funny.

Aw, come on! What do you have against REM?

I have something against anything that makes monsters seem cute and cuddly to children. It impairs their survival instincts later in life when they encounter a real monster.

Let's put it this way, would you let your kids watch a show that had every stranger be kind and friendly and give chlidren candy and rides in their car back to their house to see their puppy?

Glad to hear from you Bert. I had plans to drop by and check on you and Ellie while I was in LA, but then I got run through by a religious fanatic. Kind of ruined my plans for a little while.

On another note, I think it portends bad things when the B-word is used more than five times in one post. Your pa's right Hannah, don't tempt fate.

Well, my kid would know better than to trust Michael Stipe. I'd like to think my kid's got better sense than that!

Who is Michael Stipe? A murderer or something?

Read this. It'll give you an idea. Admittedly, I only just found out, but at least now you'll know who the man is.

What's wrong with that...? It's not like he's going out and raping kids or anything...

The joke was originally just about Michael Stipe looking strange. unfortunately, since he's outed himself, I now look like I'm gay-bashing. Talk about your shitty timing.

Heh, d'oh... Well, now I getcha, at least. You had me worried for a second, there.

One more reason why I don't listen to music.

Musicians are like athletes. Entertainment is your job. Telling us your opinion isn't.

I'm too busy to give a shit what those assholes think.

I see things differently... To those of us who have opinions, an artist (not always necessarily a musician) who shares our opinions gives voice to our opinions. When we hear our opinions being played on the radio or see them displayed somewhere, it gives us a level of strength to stand up for ourselves, and not let those with opposing opinions walk all over us.

It's one part empowering and one part comforting, at least to me, when I hear someone else singing about the things I believe in...

Sorry, I'll stop derailing this thread, now...

Amen, KT. And I'll leave the rest for another topic.

Anyway, back to the point...

Howdy Y'all.

I'm back and glad to be here.

PS: Looks like I got a lot of reading to do.
