Hell hath no fury like a PISSED MAGE!!!!!

Post by Michael T »

I just got back from my old mentoor's home, I had gone there to use some of his reference material for insight into the Sowki. I found a war zone's after math in his home. The remains of over two dozen paranormal creatures and almost as many human body's with all manner of weapons. In the studt I found him with his throat torn out, a grusome message on the desk in his blood.

"Stay out of my affairs or you and your daughter are next!"

I am, under the most forced of controls, waiting till Kolya and I can meet and discover if the Sowki is behind both of our troubles. I am trying to stay calm and wait before going after this thing, if I seem to be rude or offense please forgive me.

When I do get the chance to go after this thing I am going to show it what magic is and how effective it can be when backed by a near life time of preperation.

I'm looking forward to hear you turned it into a frog and then microwaved that green sucka.

What, no-one else did this as a kid?

Sorry, I derived no such pleasure out of torturing little animals. My brother, on the other hand . . . .

We were encouraged to experiment like that on the compound.

The elders wanted us to be familiar enough with death and pain so as not to fear them.

I am in Southeast Texas, Kolya and I will be meeting soon to compare notes on our current situations. if you would like I can contact you when we set a time and date for the meet.

Ron that would be far too kind, I was thinking of pulling out a spell I rarely use. It has a tendency to cause long term imprisonment in a hell of my making.

Oh Celeste I would like to speak in private with you, I have something from my mentor that I belive you would benifit from. I'll let you decide if you would like to have it or not.

Thank you for the support right now, he was more a father to me than I have ever known, I just need to stay calm and wait. The damn thing is trying to get me to rush and get sloppy.

I will echo natasha's statement Mr. Koyla. Sowki are not only powerfull physical opponents, but inteligent and cunning as well. (At least if they are the same serpent men I belive they are.)

KT: Thank you for the offer, he did stop by and is now acting as a guide for my daughter. Seems he is taking being her godfather to the extreme, since death generally allows one to bow out of that role.

A. Wesker: I do appreciate the offer of assistance from you and Goth, but with what occured during the incident in Mississsipi involing Goth I do not know if it would be wise to have them along. I am border line loseing my control due to haveing to wait for the assistace of other members, not to be insulting to anyone that is going to help, I just want so much to finish this now. And that is what the Sowki wants because I'll be sloppy, i will not fall for it's rules of engagement.

Natasha: I know all too well how dangerous a Sowki is, I have delt with one before. This one is more so due to haveing learned a great deal more than I have heard of them being capable of. I do appreciate the reminder and concern for our health.

Ashikaga: I belive they are the Serpent men you are familar with, the Sowki is not one to limit where it will operate. Japan and some of the other asian nations are ripe targets for these demons, asians as a general are more likely to have a knowledge of demons if they are from a more traditional family. This can be a boon and a curse to something that is manipulative.

I am getting the house ready for guest, took a break to check here and to reply to everyone. I'll post more after the meeting as I am sure the others will once we determine how much to talk about with out endagering our selves.

Taking down one of the serpent men is definately a challenge. The easiest way is to force it to make mistakes (they hate being outsmarted by "mere" mortals, much less humans)

Is the serpent-man mobile? Destroy the transportation. (as much of it as you can without hitting public transportation). After a few losses the serpent is likely to either go to ground or flee. (If it goes to ground they tend to retreat to pr-made, pre-selected lairs - harder to reach but at least then you know where it is)

Does he have a particular minion thet he favors over another? Kill it. As you kill more and more of a serpen-man's favorite allies, it will desire more and more to kill you - personaly

Does it have a lair? Deny the S.O.B. it's use (not destroyed - destroyed annoys them, but they rebuild - denied access and use and they keep trying to take it back)

Does it use false identities to manipulate it's minions? Unmask them. (This is the one that normally sends them over the top - far more than any physical attack - unravel the deception and you will earn the bastard's eternal hatred.)

Above all else; Keep up the appearance that you are no more affected by what you are doing (or it's actions) than you would be by mundane chores (say - taking out the trash). This tends to get them ramped up pretty fast once they have started to turn their attention to you. (pretty soon it becomes obsessive behavior - that is when you arrange a strike from another quarter - it might not see it coming)

I hope this helps. The "dragon-men" as some of the other families call them have long been a pain here in Japan as well. Just be carefull if following this advice - although rage will make the beast make mistakes, the same rage increases it's danger in direct combat as well.

Just remembered.

Unless you have a way to know for sure that a person is who they claim (magic, psychic abilities, or even making them tell you something no-one else can know) don't trust anyone who has been outside of your sight. The serpent men are experts at decieving the senses. (but can do nothing about their aura, I am told)

Sorry to bring that up but about 5 years ago I had the displeasure to discover that one of my local "business" executives had in fact been replaced. The S.O.B. slipped up on a memory (had no idea where we had gone for a memorable job we had done 2 months prior, what we fought, or even who had gone)
