A "friend" wants to meet you guys

I have a friend, Okikan by name, that would like to help you guys out whenever he can. problem with this is the way he sees things (only sees chi under normal circumstances) and the way he travels (just kind of appears at a nearby spot) makes it hard to explain to him how to reach someone. when i sent him up to maine i told him to look for "lots of scary stuff, lots of dark, a few bright people". in order for him to find people he needs to have a "scent" so to speak. but if any of you want the aid of a 9 tailed fox spirit just let me know how best to get him to you. (it seems while he was in maine he found some folks he likes "active like you used to be, will help them if i can find them, you tell them i help good") i will warn you however he can be a bit hard to deal with at times. (think a 9 year old kid's sense of wonder and the information built up by living for centuries)
