Thought I'd get started on 2009 a little early. Might even wrap it up over the next couple of days.

January 3, 4 - Quadrantids Meteor Shower. The first quarter moon will set by midnight, providing a good viewing opportunity.
January 11 - Full Moon. Bark at the moon.
January 26 - New Moon and Annular Solar Eclipse. NASA Eclipse Information
February 9 - Full Moon and Penumbral Lunar Eclipse. NASA Eclipse Information
February 25 - New Moon. Time for healing magic.
