Hold on there Ms. Chambers. Rebecca please don't do anything rash, or foolish. If you are willing to accept it, I can have some people there to help before the end of the day.
Please let us help.

I can bare to hear this no longer. I am on my way. I have dealt with cults like this one before. Allow me the honor of vindicating this young lady and rescuing her from her nightmare.

I can be there in less than a day as I have already proceeded in that direction to attend Mr. Hollister's BBQ. I shall PM Miss Chambers and request a meeting place.

May God's speed be with me.

I am in VT now, and I am presently waiting on a reply to the message I have sent to Rebecca, on a where and when to meet her.
I pray that she is well, and responds soon.

Every person is worth saving, Rebecca. Besides, if we don't save you, how many more will these people hunt? How many more could they be hunting right now? Let us help you, for everyone's sake, for the sakes of those they killed, and for the sakes of those they may kill...

There was nothing you could do for your friends. I wish there had been, but...if there had been, you would've done it. You didn't know what they were going to do.

I am sorry that all this has happened...

I as well am interested in an accounting of the tale. I know the quote and it's origin. Have you perhaps also heard the phrase, "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn"?

Now to discover if it is a branch of the same cult that drove Mr. Lovecraft to his madness, or if it is a cult that is simply emulating his works.

I have seen in my lives more than one elder seal, and I know that not all of Lovecraft's villains and monsters are merely fantasy. (Whether beast shaped story, or the story gives the beasts shape to assume I know not.)

Hi Rebecca,

Don't worry, there's lots of help on the way. Some of it may already be there.

Don't blame yourself for what happened to your friends either. You were only barely able to save yourself.

Celebrate your victory over them. Each breath you draw and each time your heart beats is one more that they didn't take from you.

Greetings again Miss Chambers. I will keep this brief for I know the duress you are under. I have arrived this morning, along with another who calls himself Mr. Thorne. Odd fellow. He almost seemed to know exactly where I was when we first met, and how to find you. He is not here at the moment, and that, worries me.

You can count on me being there at the diner at the designated time.

I do have one question to ask some of you, have any of you ever crossed swords with a Chuthulu Cult before? I never have and just thought it pertinant to ask.

Worry all you like Sir Black, but if not for me you would still be looking for a ride on the interstate. I am not here to make friends, understand that. What I am here to do is stop an evil from being unleashed by those foolish enough and desperate enough to attempt such suicide.

I have dealt with such a cult before, in southern Spain. It was in a small town called Borca. Needless to say it was not apleasant ordeal. One I would rather not go through again.

If this is the same cult, or just another sect of it, it must be dealt with quickly, quietly, and with utmost haste. From what I know of these Chuthulu Cults, they are vast. Not your typical devil worshippers in black robes killing cats on full moons.

They are well organized and fearful toward there leader. His word might as well be the voice of Chuthulu himself. They will die right down to the last protecting him, and this Magus, he may have real power.

I will attend this get together this evening at the diner simply because I am curious to see what you intend to do against this cult. I will only offer my aid if it is asked, otherwise I will simply partake only as an observer.

I have little experience with cults that follow such, and I beleive I was worsted in my last encounter with them. I am however familiar with the appearance and maintenance of many of the sigils that keep him and the like of Mappo No Ryujin, slumbering in their chambers.

Maybe figure out why the police aren't suppossedly doing their job. It will be interesting and I live close to the area anyway. So hardly an skin off my back. Maybe I'll even see some of you out there.

If there is any information you want to pass on to me before I get there, please do.

Do you mean besides “be careful?” We’re getting a lot of members in that area. Maybe you guys can work together so nobody gets in each other’s way?

Ms. Dawes, this cult has influence that will not die away, no matter how many times they are stopped.

Be cautious in your investigations, they will try to take you when you are alone, and they will try to make it an accident. If you come across any books, do not read them without taking extraordinary measures to protect you mind and soul from corruption. If you come across a Glyph about 3 meters to a side, do not touch it, but rather make others aware of it's existance.

Miss Dawes, if you are actually interested in helping, it would be gratefully, and willingly accepeted.
I have a few people with me who will be investigating Rebecca's claims that the local Police may be complicant. If you can contact me, perhaps we could combine our efforts?
