Resolve it now? I'm actually completely fine with that. We put our heads together on this one...

Our demands for resolution are simple...

Bert:
1. Are there *ahem* any other surprises in either of our houses? If so, tell us where they are.

2. No more surprises in any of our property.

3. You did have what I would consider implied permission to search our houses because of our fear of hidden cameras, but from now on there is to be no snooping around our property without proper consent from the respective owner.

4. Let's not have a repeat of the Gentleman scenario, I was not appreciative of that, further such actions should be properly planned in advance. This one, however, rests partially on Kor's shoulders, too, though, and I don't hold you fully responsible for that one... But you did piss off quite a few people with that little stunt... Even if we did manage to pull a vampire out of the woodworks that just needed a good eviscerating.

The rest of my demands are for Kor's ears, and the two of us can discuss that ourselves.

Actually, that's about it for me, too.

I'm sure you have your fair share of demands, too. I think we've been fairly reasonable with these. we will, however, reserve the right to make alterations or additions to this list until a final agreement has been reached, but you have my promise that I will remain professional and reasonable in these modifications.
