Th truth be told, The Lazlo Society ruined my life. It took so much from me, and gave back squat. Yet I kept fighting, and all for what? Everyone I ever cared about is dead and my life is ruins.

I don't want your respect or your pitty, and if I want some dammable evaluation of my life or psyche I will be sure to beat it out of you.

Tomorrow I enter the crypt, and by this time tomorrow night the cross will be mine.

After that, I have a promise I have to keep.

So just stay the Hell out of my way.

It wasn't the Society that ruined your life... Your life would've been fucked if you'd never come here. Actually, it probably would've been worse for you. Dele Morte would've turned you into Death at a point in time where you didn't have us to come help you... What likely would've transpired is either that we would've killed you back then, or you would've killed us, and gone on to kill everyone else.

So don't go blaming us for shit that ain't our fault. Everything that's happened to you would've happened regardless of whether or not we exist.

Get off your damned ivory tower and open your eyes, Ben... You have prior promises that should override the promise you're talking about here.

The Society didn't ruin your life Ben. Many of us have charged head long into danger to save you and the people you care about.

Any problems have been because of your own poor decision making. We went to Maine to stop a demon invasion, we stopped Death, we charged into a Shadow Realm, if you honestly believe all that was because of the Society, well you have a poor memory.
